All currently available tools on Yuan Ming are free. No payment is required to access Daily Palm Oracle, Liu Yao, Chinese Zodiac, Five Elements Personality, or any blog content.

2. Future Paid Products

If and when we introduce paid products or services, the following principles will apply. Digital products (including personalized reports, astrology charts, and downloadable content) are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to their digital nature and the impossibility of returning delivered digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. We may offer physical products in the future (such as talismans, ritual objects, or printed materials). If offered, physical products will be subject to a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Specific refund and return policies will be published for each product category at the time of launch.

3. General Principle

Our policy is to treat users fairly. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe a refund is warranted due to a technical defect or billing error, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
