We collect the minimal information necessary to provide our services. When you use our email subscription form, we collect your email address and the source page from which you subscribed. If you create an account, we additionally collect your email address, an optional display name, and a password hash stored by our authentication provider (Supabase) — we never store your password in plain text.
Guest use: all interactive tools on this Site process your inputs entirely within your browser; no birth year or personal data entered into these tools is transmitted to or stored on our servers unless you are signed in and choose to sync it.
Signed-in use: when you are signed in, reading history and saved birth-chart inputs may be synchronized to the cloud so they follow you across devices. This only happens for accounts you create and is fully under your control — you can export or delete this data at any time from your Account page.
Email addresses and account data are used solely to operate your account, deliver the services you request (including optional daily fortune emails), and notify you about new tool launches and content updates. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose beyond what you have explicitly consented to.
Email subscription data is stored securely through our email service provider, Resend. Account data (profiles, synced history, favorites) is stored in a managed cloud PostgreSQL database provided by Supabase, our authentication and storage provider. All connections are encrypted in transit (TLS), and the rows of each account are protected by row-level security so that no user can read another user’s data. Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth using industry-standard algorithms.
This Site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. No third-party advertising networks are present on this Site. When you sign in, we set a strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you authenticated; without it, the account features cannot function.
We use Supabase for authentication, account data storage, and session management; we use Resend for email delivery (subscription notifications, password reset, and daily fortune emails). Their privacy policies govern how they handle the data we share with them. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time from your Account page or by contacting us. Your Account page offers a one-click export of your synced data (as JSON) and a Delete account action that permanently removes your profile, synced history, favorites, and preferences. We will also comply with requests to delete your email subscription address within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. Data portability and erasure are available directly in your Account page (export / delete account). We process personal data on the legal basis of consent, which you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing, deleting your account, or requesting data deletion.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
